UNIT SELF-MANAGEMENT
隊伍自行管理
Cadets are required to manage the squadron under officers' supervision, including activities meetings planning and operating, stock management, promotion and advancement planning, etc. This arrangement could let cadets to experience and learn how to manage and operate the squadron.
在長官監督下，學員可以自行管理中隊，包括：計劃及安排活動、執行例行集會、物資管理、晉升安排等等。在此安排下學員可以經歷及學習到如何管理及執行中隊。

學員薪火相傳
In No 103 Sqn, senior cadets must be responsible to manage, lead and educate junior cadets, in order to let them learn how to get along with others, and develop the spirit of helping, benefiting and accommodating others.
在103中隊當中，年資較高的學員必須負責管理、帶領及教育年資較淺的學員，以讓它們學習如何讓他人相處、亦從中培訓出互相協助、貢獻和成就他人的精神。
REGULAR MEETING
定期集會
We hold our regular meetings on every Saturday afternoon, from 1300 to 1800 hrs (expect of public holiday and school examination period) Public recruitment in July every year. During the regular meeting, we offer discipline training, physical training, foot drill training, basic aviation education, leadership training, etc.
除公眾假期及學校考試期間外，本隊逢星期六下午一時至六時均會舉行例行集會，活動內容包括紀律訓練、體能訓練、步操訓練、基本航空訓練、領袖才能訓練等等。

No 103 Squadron, at No 1 (Hong Kong Island) Wing, Operations Group command, was founded in 1996 and we have been serving the local community in Wan Chai district for more than 20 years. Our base is at Tang Shui Kin Victoria Government Secondary School, Wan Chai. (5 Oi Kwan Road, Wan Chai).
